Trade Union Facility Time

All public sector employers are required to report and publish facility time information if:

• the organisation has more than 49 full time equivalent employees during any seven months of the relevant period; and
• the organisation has at least one trade union representative.

The reporting period runs from 1st April to 31st March each year.
