    All GCSE and A-Level students must ensure that they do not go away on holiday until after Wednesday 24th June 2026. This is National Exam Contingency Day and if there is any national disruption to the exams then they will be rescheduled to this day.

    Personal timetables will be emailed home via Arbor to parents and given to candidates in paper form in the Spring Term.

    Students must make sure that they know their seat number, which will be displayed on the outdoor notice boards before arriving at the exam venue. The seat numbers will be different for each exam.

    A LEVEL – Thursday 13th August 2026

    GCSE – Thursday 20th August 2026

    School will be open to all students from 8:00am in order for you to collect hard copies of results and access support if necessary.

    Should you have a concern about a grade in any subject, we would recommend that you discuss these with the staff members who will be available on the day.

    If you are unable to attend PHS to collect your results in person, you are permitted to nominate a relative or close friend with Photo ID to collect them on your behalf. If you prefer this method, you must follow these links:

    A LEVELS & GCSE EXAMINATION POST-RESULTS 2025

    Year 13’s who have a university place which is reliant on the result can ask for a Priority Review of Marking within a week. Otherwise, we advise that you opt for an ordinary review. You are also advised to let your university know that you have applied for a review so that they can hold your place.

    GCSE RESITS

    The deadline for GCSE Autumn resit entries is 4th October 2025 (English Language and Maths only).

    A Level exams are only held during the summer, so it would not be possible to resit these in the Autumn.

    The dates are as follows:
