PHS Yr10 Assessments - May 2025
PHS Yr11 mock exams - Monday 18th - Friday 29th November

EXTERNAL EXAMS
All GCSE and A Level students must ensure that they do not go away on holiday until after Wednesday 25th June 2025. This is National Exam Contingency Day and if there is any national disruption to the exams then they will be rescheduled to this day.
Personal timetables will be emailed home via Arbor to parents and given to candidates in paper form in the Spring Term.
Students must make sure that they know their seat number which will be displayed on the outdoor notice boards before arriving at the exam venue. The seat numbers will be different for each exam. Do also be aware that seat numbers may change during the exam period due to circumstances beyond our control, so you will need to check this information each day.

RESULTS 2024
A LEVEL - Thursday 15th August 2024
GCSE - Thursday 22nd August 2024
School will be open to all students from 8:00am in order for you to collect hard copies of results and access support if necessary.
Should you have a concern about a grade in any subject, we would recommend that you discuss these with the staff who will be available on the day.
If you are unable to attend PHS to collect your results in person, you are permitted to nominate a relative or close friend with Photo ID to collect them on your behalf. If you prefer this method, you must follow these links:

A LEVELS & GCSE EXAMINATION POST-RESULTS 2024
Year 13’s who have a university place which is reliant on the result can ask for a Priority Review of Marking within a week. Otherwise, go for an ordinary review. You are also advised to let your university know that you have applied for a review so that they can hold your place.

GCSE RESITS
Deadline for GCSE Autumn Resits is Friday 4th October 2024 (English Language and Maths only).
A Level exams are only held during the Summer so it would not be possible to resit these in the Autumn.
