SAFER RECRUITMENT POLICY STATEMENT

The safe recruitment of staff in schools is the first step to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the children in education. Pinner High School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.

We employ teachers in accordance with national teacher’s terms and conditions, and our support staff in accordance with the terms and conditions adopted by our sponsoring academies.
