All prospective Sixth Form students must complete our application form, even if you are currently a student of Pinner High School.
This form will take approximately 10 minutes to complete and you will need to have to hand your contact details, your predicted grades, a list of your intended courses of study and (if you are not currently a Pinner High School student) the name and contact details of someone from your current school who can provide a reference for you.
We anticipate that we will be full for the 2021/22 academic year, but you are welcome to email us to at firstname.lastname@example.org. Alternatively, you may contact us on GCSE results day (Thursday 12th August) to see if we have any spare places.

Please select four A-Level subjects in order of preference. Your fourth option will be a reserve option/back-up. Please note that students who wish to study Further Maths must also study Maths.

Please note that you will be able to change your option subjects should you wish to do so in the future.
Your Qualifications and Predicted Grades
Please add your current GCSE and BTEC courses and predicted grades below using the following format: Qualification - course name - predicted grade. For example: GCSE Mathematics Grade 7
If you are are not sure what your predicted grades are please seek advice from your Form Tutor or Head of Year.
