Staff Recruitment

Thanks to the 370 applicants hoping to be among the trailblazing group of 15 staff who opened the school in September 2016. The quality was extraordinary.

Recruitment for Subject Teachers for September 2017 has begun, with some very high quality appointments already. The following posts are still available:

Teacher of Science (applications closed pending interviews)

Teacher of Music (applications closed pending interviews)

Leader of Provision for Students on the Autistic Spectrum (applications closed pending interviews)

Administrative positions will be advertised later in March 2017.

We appoint staff with the vision, drive and ability to help our students fulfil their potential. We want staff who are as excited as we are about establishing and growing an excellent, inclusive school that expects and achieves the highest standards.

By working in partnership with local high schools, we will provide a broad professional community to support your development, and our growing school will offer a range of opportunities to learn new skills and to progress in the coming years. Through this partnership, we may be able to offer the ability to also teach at another local school for some KS4 / KS5 teaching.

We will employ teachers in accordance with national teacher’s terms and conditions, and our support staff in accordance with the terms and conditions adopted by our sponsoring academies.
